High Pressure Bonded Panels
Specialty Forest Products offers unlimited opportunities to address your high pressure lamination needs. Applications are for flat panel doors, table and counter tops and shelving. Areas of use are in schools, hospitals, medical labs and marine applications. We offer all major brands of high pressure laminates such as Wilsonart, Formica, Pionite and Nevamar.
Common laminate grades are Standard Grade (1/16” thick”), Vertical Grade (1/32” thick) and Cabinet Liner (1/34” thick). Panels can be bonded utilizing many different substrates such as industrial grade particleboard, medium density fiberboard, hardwood plywood and softwood plywood cores. Thickness up to 1-1/2” thick and as thin as ¼” are available in 3’x8’ through 5’x12’. Lead time for these panels vary based on availability but are generally 1-3 weeks.
